Katie Rubino joins American Chemical Society’s “Women in IP” Panel Discussion

 

 

Patent Attorney and Chair of Life Sciences, Katie Rubino, has been selected by the American Chemical Society to participate in a panel discussion at the 261st ACS Fall 2021 meeting with other top level IP attorneys from other prominent law firms.

Program Specifics

This panel will be composed of women with backgrounds in chemistry discussing how to become a successful IP attorney and practice in different areas of patent law. In different stages of their careers, the panelists will describe their past and current work experience, how they achieve work/life balance, and their role in increasing diversity in leadership positions followed by open audience Q&A. This program is aimed to educate and inspire women chemists considering a career outside of the laboratory or those interested in what non-traditional chemistry careers look like.
