ITC Section 337 Proceedings
Overview
Caldwell’s recognized IP trial attorneys have the experience and knowledge needed to successfully litigate at the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC), an alternative setting for owners of U.S. intellectual property rights to prevent infringers from entering the U.S. market. Section 337 authorizes the ITC to hear complaints presented owners of U.S. patents, trade secrets, trademarks, and copyrights against suspected infringing products.
Our team takes ITC cases from a variety of technologies to final resolve and has won numerous model rulings in support of our clients. In addition to skillfully obtaining favorable results, we also manage appeals and the enforcement of exclusion orders with U.S. Customs and Boarder Protection.
