Chris is a Technical Specialist in the field of computer and electronic technology, including software, software applications, networking, spectrometry, optics and LED technology, image processing, artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies. Chris assists and has experience with:
All phases of preparation and prosecution of patent applications in the United States and foreign jurisdictions;
Assessing patentability and developing patent protection strategies for a company’s innovations, business growth and success;
Support litigation with infringement and non-infringement analysis;
Support due diligence of patent portfolios in company transactions and merger and acquisitions.
Chris received his Electrical Engineering degree from the University of Massachusetts, Lowell. For his senior capstone project, Chris utilized deep neural networks to train an algorithm to perform semantic segmentation for an aerial space and defense company. While attaining his degree, Chris also worked at an engineering startup company in Boston as an electrical and software engineer. Outside of work, Chris enjoys hiking and powerlifting.
