Overview
Elisha Kohanbash is an associate at Caldwell. In his position, he is responsible for:
- Preparation and prosecution of foreign and domestic patent applications
- Assessing the patentability and developing patent protection strategies for business growth and success
- Intellectual property portfolio strategy and management
Experience
Prior to joining the firm, Elisha worked as an intern in the Intellectual Property practice group at Nixon Peabody where he assisted with IP litigation and patent prosecution. Elisha has worked as an in-house counsel intern assisting the chief in house counsel with patent prosecution, freedom to operate reports, and ongoing litigation issues. He has also interned in the Central Reexamination unit at the United States Patent and Trademark Office. While attending UCLA, Elisha held internships at NASA, King Neutronics and Tanms Research Laboratories.
In his spare time, Elisha enjoys snowboarding, traveling, and spending time with his family.
