Leon Grinis propels the firm’s marketing presence, working closely with the Director of Marketing and Creative Services. Collaborating with attorney’s and technical staff to plan and schedule events, highlights of his role include:
- Supporting the marketing department’s initiatives with the planning, executing, and tracking of marketing programs such as email, event, social media, or content marketing
- Coordinating marketing and community posts and events, including managing registrations and ordering marketing collateral
- Developing and managing content and social media marketing platforms, including blogs and public relations efforts
- Evaluating and monitoring campaign performance on an ongoing basis by analyzing key metrics, conducting market research and identifying trends, and creating comprehensive reports
Prior to joining Caldwell full time, Leon worked as a Marketing and Business Development Intern for Caldwell before transitioning into his current role upon graduation.
Leon holds an Undergraduate Degree from Brandeis University in Economics and International and Global Studies and was awarded the IGS Award for Global Citizenship. During his studies, his economics courses sparked an interest in marketing and real-world trends. These applications have facilitated the firm’s exponential growth and expansion into London. Outside of work, he enjoys cooking, running, and history.
