Mona Lucier

Overview

Mona leads the firm’s marketing and creative team. In this position, she spearheads Caldwell’s branding through innovative and creative initiatives. Her efforts include:

• Overseeing external and internal communications on a global scale for the firm
• Spearheading the firm’s media relations strategies to enhance its public image
• Developing and enhancing the firm’s brand profile in emerging markets to drive growth
• Identifying and executing strategic marketing plans to promote the firm effectively
• Supporting the onboarding and integration processes for new staff members
• Identifying and securing major industry sponsorships and speaking engagements for the firm
• Responding to surveys, manage directory listings, and submit award nominations to showcase the firm’s achievements
• Planning and executing events to enhance the firm’s presence and engagement

Experience

With over 10 years of experience in media, marketing, and advertising, Mona brings a diverse set of skills to her role at Caldwell. She is experienced in developing strategic marketing plans, building content, managing communications for organizations and executing events of various scales. Her greatest strengths are her creativity, drive and leadership. She thrives on challenges, particularly those that expand the company’s reach.

Mona holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts (Graphic Design) degree from Emmanuel College. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling and creating art pieces for her home.
