Overview
Mona leads the firm’s marketing and creative team. In this position, she spearheads Caldwell’s branding through innovative and creative initiatives. Mona crafts informative and intriguing content to showcase the firm’s uniqueness not only in the ability to maximize bottom lines but also in the commitment it has to its values and its clients. Her team’s efforts encompass digital marketing, corporate communications, advertising, video production, as well as live and virtual events.
Experience
With over 10 years of experience in media, marketing, and advertising, Mona brings a diverse set of skills to her role at Caldwell. She is experienced in developing strategic marketing plans, building content, managing communications for organizations and executing events of various scales. Her greatest strengths are her creativity, drive and leadership. She thrives on challenges, particularly those that expand the company’s reach.
Mona holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts (Graphic Design) degree from Emmanuel College. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling and creating art pieces for her home.
