Rob helps clients understand and unlock the value of intellectual property and to mitigate risks posed by others’ IP.  Over the past decade, Rob developed some of the most successful patent monetization programs in the world and devised IP risk-avoidance strategies for some of the fastest growing companies in the world.  His clients, including Fortune 500 companies, startups, and investors, have turned to Rob for straight-forward, unambiguous advice about what IP is worth and how to extract or minimize that value, including the role outside finance can play in portfolio development or monetization.  He has published more than forty articles and book chapters in legal publications. His practice concentrates on:
