Overview
Tyler Giglio is an Associate at Caldwell. In this position, she collaborates with Caldwell’s attorneys to help advance the patent prosecution process for robust patents that protect valued intellectual property assets. Highlights of her role include assisting with:
- Analyzing and advising regarding protection of innovations, including evaluation of patentability
- Strategizing and planning for trademark and service mark protection
- Preparing for Patent Trial and Appeal Board procedures including interferences, reexamination proceedings, inter partes reviews (IPR), etc.
Experience
Before joining the firm, Tyler excelled as a project manager for a renowned fashion company. In this role, she honed her skills in prior art searches, design strategies, and ability to communicate efficiently with creators across many industries.
Tyler obtained a B.S. in Industrial and Systems Engineering from North Carolina State University, which allowed her to fuse engineering techniques with business strategies to gain a bigger picture perspective when approaching casework. She also received her Juris Doctor from New England Law in 2023. In her spare time, she enjoys designing clothes, working out, painting, and going on walks with her dogs.
